CONNECTIVITY IS A HUMAN RIGHT:

We need to keep the people of Iran connected to the global Internet before it’s too late and their government cuts them off from the world forever. The youth in Iran are leading a historic freedom movement for democracy and human rights. They refuse to let their bodies and lives be controlled by their brutal, oppressive government. Internet is the oxygen of this freedom movement. Because journalists are not allowed in Iran, social media is the only way citizen journalists can factually show what’s really happening in Iran. The Iranian Diaspora Collective (IDC) is partnering with Yasmin Green (CEO of Jigsaw at Google) and a team of tech activists to launch Keep Iran Online, an initiative to maintain internet connectivity for Iranians.

Keep Iran Online will 1. provide reliable and secure VPN services to Iranians to access the internet freely; 2. support the work of tech activists on the ground in Iran as they innovate on applied approaches to ensure long-term connectivity.
Don’t let this next generation of Iranians get cut off from the world. Connectivity is a human right and necessary for a free, democratic Iran.
